• Select the State .
• Then click on Apply for Change of address .
• Now click on Continue .
• Then enter the Driving License number .
• Enter your date of Birth .
• Now click on Get DL Details .
• Check out the details .
• Now Select the RTO .
• Then click on Proceed .
• Add the required details .
• Now Select Change of address on DL .
• Choose the option Permanent , present or Both as per your requirement .
• Then fill the required details .
• Click on Confirm and Submit .
• After the completion of Applying Process make Payment .
• You will get a new Update Driving License through Postal within 30 days .
